What are the Risks or Potential Side Effects?
The most common side effects include redness, bruising and swelling. There is minimal to no discomfort after the procedure. Rare side effects include pain, bleeding, allergic reactions, nodules and occlusion of blood vessels.
How Long Will the Recovery Process Last?
It can take about two weeks for any bruising, swelling or redness to resolve. The recovery times vary from person to person.
