No one likes the idea of excess fat underneath the chin but this problem has become more common over time. What to Expect
If you are interested in Kybella injections to get rid of a double chin, expect to need at least two treatments. More significant double chin fat needs 4 to 6 sessions. We schedule these about once a month and, bit by bit, you see a more sculpted chin. Keep in mind that, after each session, you may notice considerable swelling. This happens because treatment introduces a fair amount of deoxycholic acid into the intracellular space. It can take a few days for the liquid to absorb. Until that time, you may wear scarves or higher-necked shirts.

Are You a Good Candidate for Kybella?

Good candidates are not pregnant or breastfeeding and are able to complete the recommended series of sessions to achieve their desired results.
